Do you know we charge your renter a $30 one-time fee instead of your reservation deposit? This is ideal in most cases however, you can also charge a reservation deposit if you would like. Payments disbursed on all booking earnings are sent between 21-14 days prior to the renters arrival or within 7days after payment if it’s a last minute booking.
